If you like eighties pop, here's a classic from 1981: Don't You Want Me by the Human League. I've done it as a chord melody. It's a nice song, I especially like the pre-chorus with its key change - something you don't get a lot of in modern pop songs.

Death Metal! I took the riffs from Another World by the fantastic Gojira and made something that sounds more like a soundscape than a song.
